James Colton health update

To update you on my health and ask for prayer.


First I had malaria and had a rough time but recovered to a toothache. Went to the dentist but was told first to take a course of antibiotics so that the dentist could treat the tooth. Returning to the dentist she then wanted to know my blood pressure as she may have to extract the tooth.

Silas and I went to the doctor. Blood pressure was 150/100. (normal is 120/80). Dentist will not operate until blood pressure is lower. Returned to the doctor for medicine for blood pressure. Taken for 5 days but blood pressure still up, some days even higher.


Tomorrow Robert Chidundo will take me to a hospital in Dar Es Salaam to get this sorted.
