An update from Levi Elonga in Uganda

  
'We have been heavily engaged with ministry work in Kyere subcounty and have just completed a two weeks preaching and teaching programme in a number of Churches and villages that we visited. All went well and the ministry of the word was fruitful; 758 souls came to the Lord and the local churches were greatly encouraged and revived. Five of us were on the team and 16 villages and 24 churches were visited.

We thank SICM and supporters for standing with us and we have a burning desire to influence the nation of Uganda for Christ and reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus who is the only answer to the deepest needs and longings of the human heart. We also want to train pastors and all Christian workers for effective ministry, equip the church and mobilise believers for missions, so continue to stand with us and keep us in your prayers. There are great opportunities of work in the nation and we have real work to do this year and trust God for the provision.'
